"It was an awesome class. there were just five of us. Miguel was our chef instructor. we made two different complex salsas. plus a 34 ingredient mole. we had plenty of wine and a lovely dinner out on the Terrace afterwards. I wouldn't change anything."
"Our host Miguel was very passionate about food, as well as teaching us about the cultural aspects of the ingredients we prepared, and the dishes we made. The setting was beautiful, and the cooking area comfortable for a mid-size group. From the chocolate water, to the wine, to the preparation of the mole, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. This was one of our favorite activities in SMA and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others, or to attend a different course with the same instructor the next time we visit town."
