Our guide Alejandra was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of all the food we ate, why it was important, and even information on how long certain street vendors have been around. The food was all delicious and it was a great way to experience street food in a way that felt approachable. The amount of food you eat is A LOT and you will not leave hungry!
