"If you want a day filled with great food, buzzig markets and absolutely lovely locals - this is your tour! Pamela showed us the market, let us try local food and explained the different spices as well as ingredients we were gonna use. Then we took a bus to Pamelas home and got to meet her whole family. It was amazig how welcome they made us feel the whole stay. Her mum Berta cooked appetisers, a main and a dessert with us and it was sooo DELICIOUS!! "The day with Pamela started with a wonderful visit to the Mérida market, where she carefully explained the different ingredients we would later use in the dishes we were going to prepare, as well as the traditions and typical customs of Mérida — truly experiencing the day like locals. We then went to the home of our Mexican Mama, in this case, Pamela's mother. A lovely family — they were warm and welcoming, and they explained and helped us cook the dishes with kindness and care. We felt right at home! Highly recommended, and thanks again to Pamela and her family for the wonderful day we spent together."
